The Thomas
Hall Ticket Office is located at the top of the parking
deck ramp, with access from Hill Street. Convenient five minute
parking is available curbside for patrons wanting to purchase
tickets in person, or call 330/972-7570. The Thomas Hall Ticket
Office lobby is handicap accessible. Tickets are also available
through Ticketmaster. Please remember all ticket sales are
final.
Hours of Operation
The Ticket Office is open Monday - Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday
10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Summer Hours, Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
On days of shows, the Ticket Office remains open through intermission of
the last show. For Sunday and holiday performances, the Ticket Office opens
three hours prior to show time and remains open through intermission of
the last show.
Physically Challenged Patrons
E. J. Thomas Hall has Orchestra and Grand Tier level seating for patrons
in wheelchairs or patrons with special needs. Adjacent seating for a companion
is also available in both areas. To make reservations, call the Ticket
Office at 330/972-7570. Handicapped parking is available in the parking
deck. A valid permit must be displayed.
Discounts
A $2.00 per ticket discount is available to persons 62 and older, 12 and
younger and University of Akron Faculty/Staff on Price A & B tickets
only, to selected Thomas Hall shows. When ordering tickets, please inform
the ticket associate that you are eligible for a discount. Discounts are
only available through the Thomas Hall Ticket Office. Discounts are not
valid on any previously purchased tickets or with any other discount offer.

Tickets for Children
Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket, sit in a seat and be able
to sit quietly throughout the performance. E. J. Thomas Hall performances
are not recommended for children under the age of four.

Everyone Must Have A Ticket
To ensure patron safety and comfort and to comply with local fire codes,
a ticket is required for each person attending a performance, regardless
of age.

Refunds
All sales are final. There are no refunds on tickets unless an event is
canceled and not replaced. Refunds are always made to the original purchaser
at point of purchase. Performances, dates and times are subject to change
without prior notice.

Lost Ticket
If you are unable to find your ticket(s), please call the Thomas Hall Ticket
Office who will look up your name and print you a duplicate ticket.

Gift Certificates
E. J. Thomas Hall Gift Certificates are available in any denomination
and good for up to one year from the date of purchase.

Group Sales
Group tickets are available at a 10% discount to most shows to persons
ordering 20 or more tickets to one performance. (No group discount on general
admission performances or on Price C tickets). To place group reservations,

E. J. Thomas Hall provides a phone bulletin board system to answer

plus directions to the Hall.
